I love it! I use it for sore muscles and knots or just aches and pains. If i have a injury it helps get me through a day of work. The travel size it perfect, i find myself using that more often than the regular size.

I have back pain which the products I have don't even touch it. The first time I used Dragon on my back; it quickly lowered my pain. I was shocked and happy. I was also surprised with scent. It has a scent that reminds me of cinnamon. The scent evaporates quickly. Usually, the scent of menthol is very strong which I do not like about other products. I have advanced osteoarthritis of both knees (age 78) & this formula is a godsend. It works within 10 min. of application & is so easy to apply. I tried Voltaren (NSAID gel) & did not get the relief i get with Dragon xtra strength roll on. This is far easier to use too.
