Refund and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be happy with your order. Americanna Wellness offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first order. This guarantee allows customers to return one product, within 30 days of purchase if they are not fully satisfied with their experience. This policy is limited to one product per new customer and does not extend to subsequent orders or additional products in the initial order. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

For general return requests, we can only accept returns for unopened products with the seal intact, within 30 days of purchase. For any return where no product defect is reported, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

In cases where a product is deemed defective, Dragon will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the customer within the 30 day purchase window.
