I have been a caregiver for over 25 years and have chronic pain in my back, neck, and chronic migraines. I can't tell you how much Dragon has helped me. Great product. I use it on my knees and back and it is extremely effective in pain and mucle relief. Aldo I use it on my feet to help with neuropathy foot pain.

I didn’t think the full spectrum maximum strength would be that much different than extra strength. I was wrong! My mother is using it on her spinal stenosis and is no longer taking pain medication. I’m so happy for her!

Dragon Gold Balm in the roll on & the jar are my go to for pain relief nowadays. I have osteoarthritis all throughout my body & fibromyalgia, some days I can barely walk. The pain at night can be unbearable with no comfort in sight but that has all changed since I found Dragon Gold Balm. Almost immediately after applying it my muscles and joints loosen up & relax which gives me so much relief from the pain while also unlocking my stiff locked up joints. I never even realized that so much of my neck & jaw were locked up just because I’ve gotten used to living like that. The relief is life altering for me & I’m actually able to sleep thru the night again! 🥹 The smell is a bit strong but I don’t really mind it. My only advice would be to be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after using them to apply the balm because it’s definitely no fun to get in your eyes, mouth or on your nether regions. 😬😆 If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it! I promise you’re not going to find anything that is this effective at such a great price anywhere else.

The balm is the best for pain relief, but also the most cumbersome to apply. Make sure you wash your hands very well after application, because if you get it near your eyes or genitalia... it will not be fun. The lotion doesn't really do much, and the roll-on is effective and saves your hands, but not as effective as the self-application balm. What a predicament.

I absolutely love my Dragon pain relief. The full size balm is my start and end of the day assist for arthritis relief, the convenient travel size has already made one trip with me, and the lotion and cream are my hand/fingers go-to. This is a great set!

Wow! Dragon Pain Relief has been absolutely amazing. I have a bone-on-bone arthritic knee and had been relying on steroid injections and an expensive prescription pain-relieving cream to manage the inflammation and pain. At my last appointment, I decided to skip the injection and give Dragon Pain Relief a try—and I am so glad I did! This product works better than my prescription cream, and I haven’t needed any more of those nasty steroid shots. The relief has been truly life-changing. The only downside is the strong smell, but honestly, it’s a small trade-off for the incredible results. It’s also much more affordable, making it a win all around. Highly recommend!

Many nights my arthritic pain prevents me from falling asleep, but the Dragon products work so quickly and effectively that I can slip into sleep much more rapidly and sleep with fewer interruptions due to pain.

I have been in a lot of pain with my shoulder and golfers elbow for the last few years. After trying Gold Dragon, I will not go a day without using it. I haven't felt this good in years. I would recommend using this to anyone with pain.

I have always bought the Black Dragon and love it, but the Gold Dragon surpasses it! It takes care of my knee pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and hip pain! I rub it on every morning and every night. Works better than any OTC pain creams I've tried from Walmart.

The gold version is new to us. Every one in our household suffers from autoimmune disorders and have found that this company’s Dragon balms have been the best pain relief we have found.We started using the red version and then a friend recommended the black version, which was an incredible increase in relief. We are all happy to say that the Gold version is definitely the winner. One caveat to those with neck issues and migraines-all of the versions have slightly different smells to them due to different ratios of camphor and menthol, as well as the other ingredients. The times that I have migraines-from a stiff neck and really need the relief, I will have to use a version that has a lighter smell or become nauseous, but I still use the stronger ones on other areas. So, we usually keep an assortment in the house. On days with no migraines, I definitely reach for the black or silver version on my neck. If you are sensitive to smells, try a travel sized balm first to see how you tolerate it.
