Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain how Dragon Pain Relief subscriptions work, including recurring deliveries, billing, subscription changes, payment updates, pauses, and cancellations.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the delivery frequency you select. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
How Your Deliveries Work
When you subscribe, you choose how often you would like to receive your products:
- Every month
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 2 months
- Every 3 months
Every subscription delivery ships free, with no minimum order requirement.
Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected delivery schedule unless you pause or cancel it.
How You Are Charged
Your payment details are securely stored and processed by Authorize.Net, our payment processing provider. Your full card number is never stored on our website, we only keep the last four digits and the expiry date so you can identify the payment method associated with your subscription.
On each scheduled renewal date, your payment method will automatically be charged the recurring subscription amount shown when you enrolled, plus any applicable sales tax.
We will email you 3 days before each scheduled renewal. The reminder will include information about your upcoming order, your scheduled charge date, and the amount you are expected to be charged.
Your subscription will continue automatically until you cancel it.
Your Subscription Price
The subscription discount you receive when you enroll is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
If we later change our regular product prices or subscription discounts, your existing subscription rate will not change.
Applicable taxes are not included in your locked subscription price and may vary as required by law.
Subscription pricing and discounts apply only while your subscription remains active and do not apply to future one-time purchases after cancellation.
Pausing Your Subscription
Need a break? You can pause your subscription at any time by visiting:
While your subscription is paused:
- No subscription orders will be created.
- Your payment method will not be charged.
- No subscription products will be shipped.
- Your existing subscription price will remain locked.
When you resume your subscription, it will continue according to its regular delivery schedule rather than creating an immediate order.
If you would like your next order sooner, you can use the Renew Now option.
Need Your Next Order Sooner?
If you need your next subscription order before your scheduled renewal date, you can use the Renew Now option by visiting:
My Account → Subscriptions → Select Your Subscription → Renew Now
When you use Renew Now, you will be charged your regular subscription price for that order. There is no additional early-renewal fee, and you will not be charged twice for the same renewal.
Your subscription schedule will then advance to the next delivery in your regular subscription cycle.
Changing Your Delivery Frequency
You may change how often you receive your subscription by contacting us.
Available delivery frequencies are:
- Every month
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 2 months
- Every 3 months
We will update the delivery frequency on your existing subscription, and your locked-in subscription price will remain unchanged.
Updating Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method at any time by visiting:
My Account → Subscriptions → Change Payment Method
Your updated payment details will be securely stored with Authorize.Net and used for future subscription renewals. Your card details are not stored on our website.
If a Payment Fails
If your payment method is declined or a subscription payment is unsuccessful, we will automatically retry the payment up to four additional times during the following seven days.
We will also email you with a secure way to update your payment information.
If payment remains unsuccessful after the retry period, your subscription will be paused. No additional subscription orders will be created, and no further subscription charges will be attempted while the subscription remains paused.
You may restart your subscription after updating your payment information.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting:
Once your subscription is cancelled, no future subscription renewals will be charged.
Cancellation applies to future subscription renewals only and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or processed.
If a renewal order has already been charged, it cannot be cancelled through subscription cancellation. Cancelling your subscription prevents future subscription renewals but does not cancel an order that has already been charged.
Subscription discounts and promotional pricing are provided as part of our recurring subscription program. We reserve the right to limit eligibility for subscription promotions in cases of repeated cancellation and re-enrollment, duplicate accounts, or other misuse of subscription offers.
Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers apply to eligible one-time purchases only and cannot be applied to subscription items.
Your subscription discount is applied automatically to eligible subscription products and remains available while your subscription is active.
If your order contains both subscription products and eligible one-time-purchase products, a valid promotional code may be applied to the eligible one-time-purchase products only.
Subscription promotional offers may be limited to one per customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address where specified.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny promotional eligibility in cases of suspected misuse, including repeated subscription enrollment and cancellation for the purpose of obtaining introductory or promotional discounts.
