7. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize Americanna Wellness, Inc. to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscription charges will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as disclosed at the time of enrollment.
• Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
• Prices, billing frequency, and available subscription options will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Cancellation

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Changes & Failed Payments

• We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing, products, or billing frequency with advance notice as required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend or cancel your Subscription until payment is successfully processed.

8. Accounts & User Responsibilities
