The gold dragon has helped me be able to sleep while the Doctors figure out where my nerve pain is coming from. I gave the travel size to a neighbor for shoulder and knee pain. I was told that it is also helping them with pain control.

I prefer the lotion. Both work very well in reducing arthritic pain.

Ruptured disc with shooting pains that nothing else stopped had me trying this for the first time. Amazed at how quickly the balm helped deal with those shooting pains. Still have aches from the ruptured disc and am going forward with medical treatment, but thankful to no longer have the shooting pains 24x7. Even better, my massage therapist is willing to incorporate it into her efforts.

Liked the balm for it's targeted application, but may like the lotion more as it absorbs even quicker and doesn't seem to leave a residue that ongoing use of the balm did. Plus it works better for my TENS device.

I need knee replacement and every morning I start my day with Dragon Relief roll on. At night I can sleep through the night pain free using Dragon Relief before bed.

Relief is good also. If i hadn't tried the Gold, I would still find Relief.

Once applied I can feel the balm absorbing through the layers of muscle. Take a minute or two for the effect of pain relief but it truly helps. And...I can carry the travel size in my purse..handy! I don't recommend leaving in a CA car as it will melt.
